Role Overview

  • The Creative Lead Production is responsible for driving concept development, production strategy, and end-to-end execution across a wide range of creative and marketing projects. This includes print, digital, social, video, radio, websites, and all ad-hoc production assignments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies, guide project execution, and deliver high-quality, production-ready creative solutions. The role requires strong ownership, the ability to mentor teams, and the capability to independently manage multiple production-focused initiatives across all mediums.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their production needs and challenges.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional and global teams in a matrixed organisation.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify production efficiencies and opportunities for AI-enabled workflows.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to propose tailored production-oriented AI solutions.
  • Oversee production implementation, including timelines, budgets, quality checks, and resource planning.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders throughout production phases.
  • Monitor and evaluate delivered solutions, identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Document and share best practices, production workflows, and case studies to enhance team capability.
  • Work closely with agency partners to drive AI adoption in production environments.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of client objectives and how production-enhancing AI solutions add value.
  • Identify production problems that can be addressed through automation or AI-driven processes.


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Technology, Data, and AI concepts, including production-focused applications such as automated asset tagging, virtual product twins, and scalable content generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to align teams toward clear production goals.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of data governance and responsible use of AI within production workflows.
  • Proven project management experience in digital transformation and production solution implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for efficiency-driven production innovations.
  • Ability to use data and measurable insights to evaluate production success (e.g., speed-to-market, engagement levels, ROI).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability for production outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple production projects or workstreams simultaneously.
