Job Description

Role-Creative Lead/Director

Location- Mumbai

Salary- Up to 12 LPA (Depending on experience)

We're looking for a visionary Creative Head/ Director to lead content and visual storytelling across digital platforms for a fast-growing financial education brand. This role demands a strong blend of creative leadership, visual strategy, and content innovation to deliver high-impact, emotionally engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, paid ads, courses, and more.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma is essential, as you'll oversee execution as much as strategy, ensuring visual excellence and narrative depth.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Brand Vision
  • Define the visual and emotional tone of the brand.
  • Transform business and marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies.
  • Create frameworks for viral content: reels, thumbnails, ad scripts, webinar hooks, etc.
  • Guide storytelling across all brand touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Content Direction
  • Lead and mentor a creative team (editors, designers, writers).
  • Review and refine all creative outputs for clarity, emotion, and engagement.
  • Implement continuous testing, creative experimentation, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain trend-relevant and high-performing content standards.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with content strategists, marketing, and product leads.
  • Align visuals with funnel performance and emotional storytelling.
  • Ensure measurable results from content strategies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership or direction role.
  • Strong portfolio with YouTube and Instagram-native content.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Passion for storytelling, visual design, and narrative psychology.
  • Proven team leadership and feedback skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with personal brands, influencers, or EdTech.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, viewer psychology, and high-ticket content marketing.
  • Strong copywriting ability for hooks, ads, and content briefs.
  • Awareness of digital trends and performance metrics.
