This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Creative Lead (Copy). The Creative Lead (Copy) will oversee the creation of compelling and innovative copy, develop creative strategies for marketing campaigns, and contribute to branding initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, leading copy creation processes, conducting research to ensure alignment with brand voice, and delivering impactful messaging across multiple channels.

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for diverse audiences and formats.
• Expertise in Creative Strategy and Branding to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities to guide creative processes and inspire teams.
• Proven experience in content creation for digital marketing and branding.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem and its trends is an advantage.
