What You'll Do
- Micro-Drama & Hook Analysis: Spend dedicated time analyzing micro-drama content and short-form narratives to identify psychological hooks, high-retention concepts, and emotional triggers.
- Ad Concepting & Iteration: Translate your findings into high-converting ad concepts. You will find the gold in existing content and figure out exactly how to manipulate, re-edit, or re-frame it to stop a user from scrolling.
- Performance Tracking: Identify what makes an ad a winner versus a loser. You will study what drives users to not only watch but click through and buy a product subscription.
- Creative Execution: Undergo training to build, format, and optimize ad creatives that convert. You will bridge the gap between creative intuition and performance data.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months of professional or freelance experience in a role related to operations, social media coordination, or creative asset management.
- We are looking for candidates who have already graduated or are in the final year of their graduation
- You have a strong, intuitive sense of what makes content good or bad. You don't just consume content; you analyze it. You know how to take a mediocre piece of content and manipulate its pacing, framing, or hook to make it highly engaging.
- You love structure as much as you love content. You have an innate ability to streamline tasks, manage timelines, and keep the creative pipeline moving efficiently from the initial micro-drama analysis phase to final ad delivery.
