Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for a Creative Head. The Creative Head will be responsible for providing creative direction, developing and executing branding and creative strategies, overseeing graphic design projects. The role involves ensuring brand integrity, maintaining a cohesive visual identity, and driving innovative ideas for brand campaigns and storytelling. The Creative Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams and align projects with the company's mission of sustainability and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead and develop impactful campaigns and concepts
• Strong understanding of Branding and Visual Identity to maintain and enhance the brand image
• Experience in Graphic Design, with excellent design sensibilities and expertise in design tools
• Team Management skills to mentor, guide, and lead a creative team effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven track record in leading creative projects from concept to delivery
• Passion for sustainability and creating meaningful, impactful designs
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
