Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the overall creative vision across brand identity, advertising campaigns, product packaging, and digital platforms.
• Generate and develop impactful creative ideas for print, digital, and retail environments.
• Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative output aligns with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.

Skills Required

• A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, demonstrating versatility and storytelling ability.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other modern design tools.
• Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams, guiding them through end-to-end campaign delivery.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
