Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Creative Head. The Creative Head will oversee all creative aspects of film production, manage branding and creative strategies, and guide a team of designers and filmmakers. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns, collaborating with teams to ensure a cohesive vision, and delivering innovative storytelling that aligns with the company's goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction, Branding, and crafting effective Creative Strategies.
• Strong expertise in Graphic Design and visual storytelling techniques.
• Proven experience in Team Management and leadership in a creative environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for storytelling and creating impactful, high-quality content.
• Relevant experience in the film production industry is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Media Production, or a related field is an advantage.
