Role Description The Creative Head role at OMK Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Creative Head will oversee the development of visual and conceptual brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading creative brainstorming sessions, guiding the design and branding processes, and reviewing and approving creative assets for digital platforms, social media, and web. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and development teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Creative Head will also mentor and manage the creative team, set quality standards, and monitor project timelines to deliver high-impact work on schedule. Regular interaction with clients to present concepts, gather feedback, and refine creative strategies is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong creative direction capabilities, including experience shaping overall visual and conceptual direction for campaigns (Creative Direction, Creative Strategy).
• Demonstrated expertise in building and evolving brand identities across digital and offline touchpoints (Branding, Creative Strategy).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and principles, with a solid portfolio of digital and social media creatives (Graphic Design).
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering collaboration and high performance (Team Management, Creative Direction).
• Relevant experience in a digital agency or brand-focused environment, preferably in social media, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including prioritization, deadline management, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems such as Shopify is an advantage.
