Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop innovative design solutions
- Define and communicate the creative vision and brand identity
- Lead the design and execution of design strategies
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design timelines
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables
- Proactively ideate design thinking to do creative deliverable
- Work closely with internal and external creative teams
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution
- Contribute to design projects
- Review and approve final designs
