Role Overview

The Creative Head will own the brand's visual identity and creative direction across all consumer touch points. This is a senior leadership role for a design-first leader: someone whose instinct is visual, whose thinking is systemic, and whose execution is meticulous.

The ideal candidate is a designer at heart who has grown into a creative leader, someone who can set the visual language of a brand, manage multi-disciplinary creative teams, and translate business goals into compelling design-led work. You will report to the Marketing Head and work closely with product, growth, and marketing teams.

Job Description

Visual Identity and Brand Direction

• Own and evolve the brand's visual language across digital, physical, and retail touch points.
• Establish design standards that ensure consistency and distinctiveness at every consumer interaction.
• Build scalable design systems, brand guidelines, and creative templates for the team.

Campaign and Creative Execution

• Lead creative development for 360 degree campaigns across performance, social, launches, and shoots.
• Translate positioning into visually sharp, emotionally resonant executions that convert.
• Maintain quality and design integrity across high-volume asset production.

Design-Led Creative Oversight

• Run an in-house creative function with boutique design quality and D2C velocity.
• Review and sign off on all creative output across formats and channels.
• Ensure creativity is commercially aligned and strategically coherent across every campaign.

Team Building and Leadership

• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, motion artists, and visual content creators.
• Set creative processes, critique rhythms, and quality benchmarks.
• Foster a culture of craft, speed, and ownership.

Job Requirements

• 6 to 12 years in design and creative roles, with at least 2 to 3 years leading a team.
• Portfolio that leads with visual thinking: strong identity work, campaign design, and design systems.
• Proven experience managing teams across design, motion, and content.
• Background in consumer-facing product brands is a strong plus.
• Equal comfort with brand building and performance creative.
