Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Creative Head. The Creative Head will be responsible for leading the creative direction, developing and executing branding and creative strategies, managing a team of designers, and overseeing graphic design projects. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand vision and deliver innovative designs that align with the company's mission of architectural excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy development
- Expertise in Branding and Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
- Proven experience in working on large-scale architectural or commercial construction projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- A portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative projects
