- Fixed (60%): 18,000
- Variable (40%): 12,000 (Performance Linked)

To create high-impact written and visual content (both static graphics and video) that drives engagement, authority, and conversion.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives and ad visuals
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts)
- Create webinar and course presentations
- Convert legal topics into engaging visuals
- Maintain brand identity
- Repurpose content across formats
