Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital and print, including product catalogs, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials that align with Pustron's brand and industrial product portfolio. The role involves creating and refining brand visuals, developing logos and iconography, and supporting web and social media content with engaging graphics. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear, compelling visual communication. Day-to-day tasks include managing multiple design projects, iterating based on feedback, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
Qualifications
- Strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative work for digital and print.
- Experience in Branding and Logo Design, including visual identity development and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Web Design fundamentals, creating web-ready assets and layouts that align with UX best practices.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret technical product information and convert it into clear, visually appealing designs.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
