Job Overview:

Katyayani Organics is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and offline platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency. Experience with modern design tools, including AI-powered design solutions and nano-level editing, will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

● AI-First Creation: Rapidly ideate and generate high-quality product lifestyle images using Midjourney or Flux, moving from brief to first-draft in minutes.

● The Un-AI Polish: Take raw AI outputs and use Adobe Photoshop (Generative Fill) and manual retouching to fix imperfections, ensuring the lighting and textures look 100% natural.

● Hyper-Real Upscaling: Use tools like Magnific.ai or Topaz to turn low-res generations into crisp, high-definition assets for our website and print brochures.

● Social Speed: Create a high volume of engaging social media posts and YouTube thumbnails by combining AI-generated backgrounds with our actual product photography.

● Brand Discipline: Learn and apply Katyayani's brand guidelines to ensure every AI-assisted design feels consistent, organic, and premium.

Qualifications & Skills:

● 0–2 years of experience (Internships and personal AI Art projects count!).

● Deep curiosity for AI: You should have an active subscription (or deep knowledge) of Midjourney, Firefly, or Stable Diffusion.

● Fundamental Design Eye: You must understand typography, Rule of Thirds, and color theory—AI provides the pixels, but you provide the soul.

● Technical Setup: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must to clean up what the AI generates.

● Eagerness to Learn: Since AI tools change every month, you must be someone who loves watching tutorials and trying new workflows.
