Creative Graphic Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic/ Digital Designer to join our corporate marketing-focused design team. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling visual content for print and digital campaigns, events, and our website, and collaborate closely with our video team to create impactful multimedia materials. All of this will be done with a keen eye toward upholding and evolving our brand.

The role provides the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of visual communications, including crafting the visual concept, ensuring seamless alignment of visuals with the intended message(s) and functional objectives, spearheading the innovative use of formats and channels, and working with a team to execute all deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and effective designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Work on a wide range of projects, including print collateral, digital assets, event materials, and web design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate complex business concepts into compelling visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
• Oversee all creative projects, from conception to delivery
• Review junior creative employees work to ensure high quality, refine creatives wherever needed and apply new design techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional design experience.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS PowerPoint
• Proficient with Figma and other similar design tools.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to tackle complex design challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work directly with stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting project goals and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
