The role
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes content. You'll work alongside our creative and production team to come up with the ideas that become our next videos — long-form, short-form, and the formats that don't have a name yet. The brief is wide open on purpose: bring us the cultural moments, internet rabbit holes, and viral formats worth chasing, and help shape them into videos people can't scroll past. If you're someone who's been quietly building a list of I'd make this ideas in your Notes app, this is the job for that list.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualise video ideas for long-form YouTube content and short-form Reels and Shorts, from one-line hook to fleshed-out concept
- Research trends across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — study the formats that are working and figure out why
- Translate cultural moments, internet beats, and niche subcultures into video concepts our audience will actually watch
- Partner with the production and creative team on scripting and ideation, sitting in the room from idea to first cut
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini in your creative workflow — for research, ideation, scripting, and pulling references fast
- Pitch a steady slate of ideas every week and own the ones that get green-lit through to handoff
- Watch a lot of video. Bring back what's working, what's dying, and what's about to break out
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience, or a fresher who's already been creating, writing, or thinking about video content (school projects, side channels, freelance, intern stints — all count)
- Genuinely obsessed with content. You watch more videos than most people make, and you can talk about why a specific reel worked
- High energy, outgoing, a natural connector — comfortable pitching ideas out loud in a room of strong opinions
- Strong, quick communicator. You can take a half-formed thought and give it shape on the spot
- Generalist instincts. You don't want to be boxed into one format, platform, or genre
- Already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) in how you think and create — or visibly excited to
