You'll touch everything — ideas, content, AI tools, storytelling, campaigns.
Think of this as a launchpad role — not a job.
What You'll Actually Do
- Work across design, copy, video, and digital content
- Assist in building campaigns, reels, ads, and brand narratives
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, etc. to create faster and smarter
- Translate ideas into clean, high-impact execution
- Support senior creatives in pitch decks, concepts, and storytelling
- Stay plugged into internet culture, trends, and what's actually working
What You Should Already Have
(Not perfection. Just a solid base.)
- Basic understanding of branding and communication
- Familiarity with at least one:
- Design tools (Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma)
- OR Video tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut)
- OR Writing (copy, captions, scripts)
- Curiosity around AI in creativity
- Ability to think, not just execute blindly
