Role Overview
We're looking for a Creative Executive who leads with thinking, not just execution. This role requires someone who can own a creative strategy end-to-end, from insight to idea to execution.
You will be responsible for building impactful, original, and strategic social media content that goes beyond trends and templates, and actually drives brand recall and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Campaign Thinking
- Develop insight-led social media strategies
- Build campaigns, not just content calendars
- Translate business objectives into clear, creative direction
- Plan monthly and quarterly campaign roadmaps
Content Direction
- Lead ideation across reels, shorts, carousels, and platform-first formats
- Ensure every piece of content has a hook, narrative, and purpose
- Not just stick to reference-based content, bring in original thinking and ideas
Brand Building
- Define and evolve brand voice, tonality, and visual identity
- Ensure consistency across platforms
- Focus on building recall, not just reach
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor designers, editors, and content creators
- Provide clear, actionable creative feedback
- Push for quality and originality over volume
Performance + Creative Alignment
- Collaborate with marketing/performance individuals
- Use insights and data to refine creative output
- Balance creativity with effectiveness
Trend & Culture Awareness
- Identify and adapt trends with context and relevance
- Move beyond reactive content to proactive storytelling

Requirements

- Experience leading teams and projects
- Understanding of multi-format content (video, static, interactive)

- Experience with influencer/creator collaborations
- Exposure to paid + organic content strategies
- Background in agency or fast-paced environments
