About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and driven Creative Executive to join our dynamic team at our Saket office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys brainstorming fresh campaign ideas, scripting content, and managing creative ideation for brand campaigns as well as internal platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Ideation & Strategy:

Develop compelling creative concepts and content ideas for brand campaigns across digital, influencer-led, on-ground, and integrated platforms.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into original, innovative campaign ideas.

• Scripting & Content Creation:

Write scripts, campaign narratives, and content storylines for branded and original content.

Create outlines and creative decks for client pitches and internal creative planning.

• Internal Creative Development:

Lead content planning and idea generation for the company's own social platforms, IPs, and special initiatives.

Work alongside the digital and production teams to execute internal creative campaigns.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Business Development, Operations, and Production teams to bring ideas to life and maintain creative consistency.

Support the BD team with concept notes, presentation decks, and creative mock-ups for pitches.

• Campaign Supervision:

Monitor the execution of approved ideas during campaign roll-outs to ensure creative integrity and brand alignment.

Participate in brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams as a creative lead.

Who We're Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in a creative/content/campaign role (agency or brand-side).
• Strong scripting and content ideation skills for both digital and offline campaigns.
• Keen attention to detail with a knack for storytelling and narrative structure.
• Passion for branding, advertising, content trends, and pop culture.
• Self-motivated and curious, with a strong interest in ideation, experimentation, and campaign innovation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A team player with a solution-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams.
• Must be based in Delhi NCR and willing to work from our Saket office.

What We're NOT Looking For:

• This role is not suited for Graphic Designers, Video Editors, or Production Leads.
