We're looking for a
Creative Photo & Video Editor with 3–4 years of experience to join the HUFT Creative Studio. The role will have a
primary focus on photo editing and retouching, with basic video editing capabilities to support our social media, digital campaigns, product launches, performance marketing and brand storytelling.
This is a hands-on role for someone with
strong photo-editing craft, attention to detail, speed, and a curiosity to use AI to enhance creative workflows.
What You'll Do
- Lead photo editing and retouching for product, campaign, lifestyle and e-commerce imagery.
- Perform colour correction, skin/product retouching, background clean-ups, compositing and image manipulation while maintaining HUFT's premium visual identity.
- Create and edit product compositions, campaign creatives and digital-ready imagery across formats.
- Create 3D mockups and visual adaptations for product launches and marketing requirements.
- Resize, optimise and adapt images for social media, performance marketing, website, marketplaces and retail communication.
- Support the team with basic video editing for Reels, product videos, BTS content and social media assets.
- Add basic cuts, transitions, subtitles, music and simple motion elements to videos.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers and marketers to execute creative briefs.
- Manage multiple requests and quick turnarounds while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Explore and use AI tools to improve image creation, enhancement, retouching and overall creative productivity.
Who We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience with a strong focus on photo editing and retouching.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Experience in D2C, consumer, retail, e-commerce or agency environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product, lifestyle and commercial photography.
- Excellent attention to detail, composition and visual consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with quick turnarounds.
- Basic understanding of video editing and social-first content formats.
- Strong ownership, collaboration and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
AI Proficiency — Mandatory
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as
Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Higgsfield or similar tools for
image generation, enhancement, background replacement, retouching, ideation and creative production.
