Location: Delhi NCR

Compensation: 80–90 LPA

Role Overview

A leading Luxury Designer Fashion House is seeking an accomplished Creative Head to lead the overall brand vision, storytelling, image positioning, and creative strategy. The role requires an influential industry leader who can seamlessly blend luxury aesthetics with commercial understanding while driving aspirational brand narratives and market impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative vision and brand identity across campaigns, collections, launches, events, and collaborations

• Drive brand storytelling and create impactful narratives aligned with luxury positioning

• Lead celebrity, influencer, and strategic brand collaborations to enhance visibility and desirability

• Work closely with founders, merchandising, marketing, styling, and business teams to align creative direction with commercial goals

• Oversee image building, fashion communication, styling direction, experiential activations, and brand campaigns

• Represent the brand within luxury, fashion, celebrity, and social ecosystems

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Luxury Fashion, Couture, Designer Labels, Premium Lifestyle, Beauty, or High-End Retail ecosystem

• Strong luxury/designer aesthetic sensibility with deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behaviour

• Well-established influencer presence and strong personal brand preferred

• Page 3 personality with strong industry network and visibility preferred

• Exceptional storytelling and brand-building capabilities

• Strong business acumen with entrepreneurial mindset and commercial understanding

• Confident leadership presence with strong personality and stakeholder management skills

• Entrepreneur / founder background in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or creative domain will be an added advantage
