Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director who thinks like a founder, not an executor.
This is not a traditional brand creative role. The ideal candidate understands that creative is the largest lever in performance marketing and approaches every campaign with a direct focus on growth, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue.
You will own the creative strategy function across multiple D2C brands, build systems that generate high volumes of testable creative assets, manage a team of designers and editors, leverage AI workflows to improve output and speed, and eventually build and lead our UGC division from the ground up.
This role requires someone who has already worked extensively with multiple D2C brands, understands performance creative at scale, and can translate data into winning creative concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Performance Marketing
- Develop creative strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into new creative angles, hooks, offers, messaging frameworks, and concepts.
- Work closely with media buyers and account managers to identify creative opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Build structured creative testing roadmaps for each client.
- Create and maintain creative testing frameworks across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Understand customer psychology, buying behavior, objections, and market sophistication levels.
- Constantly monitor winning ads, trends, competitors, and category leaders.
Creative Brief Development
- Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, copywriters, and UGC creators.
- Develop:
- Hook libraries
- Concept libraries
- Messaging frameworks
- Offer testing plans
- Script outlines
- Ad storyboards
- Ensure every brief is designed around a specific hypothesis to be tested.
- Build systems for generating large volumes of briefs without sacrificing quality.
Creative Production Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of:
- Graphic designers
- Video editors
- Motion designers
- Freelancers
- UGC creators (future)
- Establish creative quality standards.
- Implement review and approval workflows.
- Maintain creative velocity while ensuring quality control.
- Remove bottlenecks and improve production efficiency.
AI & Workflow Optimization
- Design AI-powered workflows that increase creative output and reduce production time.
- Evaluate and implement tools across:
- AI image generation
- AI video generation
- AI scripting
- AI editing
- AI voiceovers
- Creative research
- Creative analysis
- Build repeatable systems for:
- Concept generation
- Script generation
- Brief generation
- Asset production
- Creative iteration
- Continuously improve agency SOPs and creative production processes.
Creative Testing & Scaling
- Build systems capable of producing large volumes of creatives weekly.
- Develop testing frameworks for:
- Hooks
- Angles
- Offers
- Visual styles
- Formats
- UGC variations
- Landing page creative alignment
- Drive a culture of rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Understand how to scale winning concepts into multiple creative iterations.
D2C Brand Experience
The ideal candidate has significant experience working with multiple D2C brands across categories such as:

UGC Division Leadership (Future Ownership)
Over time, this role will evolve into ownership of the agency's UGC division.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building the UGC department from scratch.
- Recruiting and managing creator networks.
- Creating UGC sourcing systems.
- Developing creator onboarding and training processes.
- Building creator databases and management workflows.
- Creating performance-focused UGC frameworks.
- Managing UGC production quality and output.
- Establishing scalable systems for producing high-performing creator content.
The expectation is that this individual eventually becomes the leader responsible for all performance creative and UGC production within the agency.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 5+ years in performance creative or creative strategy roles.
- Experience managing creative teams.
- Experience working with multiple D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing direct-response creatives.
- Experience producing and managing large volumes of creative assets.
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
- Experience implementing AI tools and automation into creative workflows.

A successful Creative Director in this role can walk into a D2C account, identify growth opportunities, build a testing roadmap, generate 50–100+ creative concepts per month, manage the production team, implement AI-assisted workflows, improve creative performance, and ultimately build a world-class UGC operation that becomes a major growth engine for the agency and its clients.
CTC is set at 15 LPA with 3 LPA Bonus at end of year.
