Creative Director

Palette Hire is looking for a creative leader with exceptional taste, a strong point of view, and the ability to build a brand people recognise, remember, and want to be part of.

What You'll Do

• Own the creative direction end-to-end, shaping how the brand looks, feels, speaks, and shows up
• Lead and mentor teams across copy, design, production, and editing
• Turn big ideas into distinctive, culturally relevant work that feels unmistakably the brand
• Partner with brand, marketing, growth, product, and leadership to make creative a core part of brand building
• Lead external creative partners and production teams when needed
• Balance long-term brand building with the pace of a fast-growing business

What We're Looking For

• 14–20 years of experience, primarily across creative agencies
• Exceptional taste and a strong creative POV
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams across copy, design, production & editing
• Fashion / athleisure / lifestyle / beauty / D2C experience is a strong plus, not mandatory

Who You Are

• Think brand first, campaign second
• Can zoom out to define the creative vision and zoom in when the work needs your eye
• You're as comfortable shaping a brand platform as you are giving feedback on a frame, headline, or edit
• Have built and lead a great creative team + make the people around you better
