Creative Ideas & Campaign Thinking
Develop strong creative ideas for brand campaigns, launches, and storytelling initiatives.
Translate strategic goals into compelling creative concepts.
Build ideas that can travel across digital, social, retail, and brand experiences.
Creative Direction
Lead the conceptual development of campaigns, shoots, and storytelling.
Direct how ideas translate into visuals, films, social content, and brand assets.
Creative Team Leadership
Manage and mentor teams across design, copywriting, styling, photography, and videography.
Build a collaborative creative culture where ideas move quickly from concept to execution.
Maintain high creative standards across all work produced.
Brand & Visual Consistency
Ensure consistency in Nestasia's visual and storytelling language across all platforms.
Oversee creative output across website, social media, campaigns, product storytelling, and retail
experiences.
Shoot & Content Direction
Conceptualize and lead photoshoots and video productions for campaigns and product storytelling.
Guide styling, set design, photography, and video direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure creative ideas support brand
growth and business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
812+ years of experience in creative roles across agencies, brands, or studios.
Strong portfolio demonstrating idea-driven campaigns and brand storytelling.
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
Ability to move fluidly between concept, direction, and execution.
Strong aesthetic judgment and storytelling ability.
