Role Summary
As the Creative Director – Content & Design, you will lead the creative vision across content and design, shaping compelling narratives and visual experiences for integrated campaigns.
This role blends strategic thinking, storytelling, design sensibility, and leadership—driving high-impact creative output across digital, social, video, branding, and performance marketing.
You will work across B2B and B2C mandates, with a strong focus on enterprise storytelling, brand building, and measurable content performance.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Define and drive the creative vision, tone, and direction across content and design.
- Craft powerful narratives and visual storytelling that resonate with both enterprise and consumer audiences.
- Translate briefs into integrated creative concepts across formats—video, digital, social, web, campaigns, and brand experiences.
- Ensure a seamless blend of content and design thinking in every output.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of writers, designers, and strategists.
- Elevate creative quality across touchpoints—from campaign ideas and brand identities to executive presentations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and creative excellence.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with strategy, business, design, and account teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Present and articulate creative ideas to clients with clarity, conviction, and strategic rationale.
- Play a key role in new business pitches, brand storytelling, and creative strategy development.
Content, Design & Innovation Strategy
- Drive integrated content and design strategies that are engaging, consistent, and performance-driven.
- Innovate across formats, platforms, and storytelling approaches.
- Ensure brand consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
- Partner with performance teams to optimize creative output based on data and insights.

- Equally comfortable writing, conceptualizing, and directing design and video outputs.

- Hands-on when required—whether it's refining a brand idea, shaping a campaign, or reviewing creative assets.

Must-Have Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong design sensibility and understanding of visual communication
- Expertise in integrated content across formats (long-form, short-form, video, social, interactive)
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing ecosystems
- Familiarity with digital platforms, SEO, and performance-driven content
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong client management and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative, content, or design roles within an agency, brand, or consultancy
- Proven experience leading content + design teams
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or IT services is a strong advantage
- Exposure to branding, integrated campaigns, and marketing strategy
