Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Conceptualize and develop language and copy across all creative channels, including short-form and long-form content.
- Act as mentor to junior copywriters, fostering learning and skill development.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Executive Creative Directors to execute creative concepts.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write narratives, scripts, storyboards, annotations, and treatments.
- Ensure ideas are expressed clearly, on-brand, on-message, and targeted to the audience.
- Support creative use of technology to solve business problems.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Present ideas to internal teams and occasionally to clients with clarity and structure.
- Contribute work to pitches and proactively identify opportunities for creative campaigns.
- Define and provide feedback on briefs, creative quality, and collaboration processes.
Brand & Digital Expertise
- Maintain brand continuity, adhere to brand guidelines, and understand brand positioning.
- Creatively integrate technology into campaigns and digital executions.
