Position Overview: Lead the creative vision for our client's makeup and fragrance brands, driving innovative concepts across all brand touchpoints while ensuring cohesive storytelling that resonates with our target audience and strengthens our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the brand's creative vision, ensuring consistency across all platforms and campaigns
Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals
Oversee creative development of seasonal collections, limited editions, and brand collaborations Drive innovation in visual content, from packaging design to digital assets and campaign imagery Collaborate with marketing, product development, and executive teams to align creative strategy with business goals
Stay ahead of beauty industry trends and translate them into compelling creative concepts
Review and approve all creative deliverables, maintaining exceptional quality standards
Present creative concepts to executives and stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale
Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively
Qualifications:
8+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 5 years in beauty or cosmetics and/or fragrances.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating innovative creative direction
Proven success leading high-profile beauty campaigns or product launches
Excellence in conceptualizing and executing integrated creative across multiple channels
Strong understanding of makeup artistry, product application, and consumer beauty behaviors
Expert knowledge of digital and social media landscapes
Exceptional team leadership and mentoring abilities
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
