About the Role

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director - Mainline to lead the visual direction of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with a passion for design, branding, and storytelling, capable of transforming creative briefs into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, social, and experiential platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, OOH, and video.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and production teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Develop mood boards, storyboards, layouts, and design concepts for client presentations.
• Supervise photoshoots, video shoots, and post-production to ensure creative excellence.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and visualizers while maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-assisted creative tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in an advertising, branding, digital, or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and creative thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is an advantage.
