About The Role
We are looking for someone that acts as the visionary leader, guiding overall brand visual identity, and narrative consistency across all campaigns. Someone that translates goals into compelling creative concepts, supervises multidisciplinary teams (designers, copywriters), and ensures high-quality output from ideation to final delivery.
We are looking for someone who understands not just how to create great content, but how to create content that works. This is not a traditional brand film and campaign role. This is for someone who deeply understands what stops the scroll.
We want someone who will lead our brand storytelling by combining strong creative craft with modern technology and production systems to deliver high-impact, high-volume, culturally relevant content across platforms that feeds into an interconnected ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the creative architecture of our cross-platform content ecosystem, aligning with platform mechanics: hooks, format length, thumbnail psychology, retention curves.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, editors.
- Work in tight collaboration with the editorial team to ensure storytelling is cohesive across formats.
- Enhance efficiency of creative process and innovate on outputs via integration of AI tools across ideation, scripting, visual generation, editing, repurposing, etc.
- Build workflows that dramatically reduce production timelines while maintaining brand tone and essence
- Maintain brand integrity across all outputs while ensuring consistency across multi-channel rollouts.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: 810 years of relevant experience, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership or Creative Director position (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of building content ecosystems, not just campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in modern creative tools:
- Ideation Writing: ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Gemini.
- Visual Generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly.
- Video Audio: Runway, Opus, ElevenLabs.
- Workflow: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expert writing / art direction, branding, and design across digital, social, and print media.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a diverse team and cultivate a collaborative environment.
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate strategic vision to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects from vision to production within budget.
