Mystery Monks is looking for a Freelance Creative Director to lead a 2-day live-action corporate film shoot in Ahmedabad. We prefer candidates who are based in Ahmedabad or nearby.
The Creative Director will oversee the shoot and manage the entire production cycle, including post-production, until the final output is delivered and approved by the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 2-day corporate film shoot at the client's location in Ahmedabad
- Coordinate directly with the client to ensure alignment on creative and communication goals
- Collaborate and manage communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
- Oversee filming to ensure storytelling clarity, brand alignment, and production quality
- Supervise post-production, including edits and revisions, until final client approval
Important Notes
- Shoot crew will be provided by us (from Ahmedabad or nearby)
- If you have reliable crew or vendor references within our budget, recommendations are welcome
Requirements
- Proven experience directing corporate films or documentary-style video projects
- Strong understanding of live-action production and post-production workflows
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Must be available in Ahmedabad for the shoot and preferably based there
Compensation
- INR 25,000 as Creative Director fees for the complete project (covers 2 shoot days; excludes travel and food)
- Travel allowance up to INR 10,000 (reimbursable against actuals)
- No advance payment; full payment will be made after client approval of the final output
- Pre-approved shoot-related expenses (travel, food, logistics) will be reimbursed as applicable
