We're seeking a Graphic Designer / Video Editor with strong creative instincts and attention to detail to produce ad creatives, social posts, and short-form video content for our marketing campaigns.
You'll create visuals that grab attention, communicate clearly, and convert.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design daily social media graphics, ad creatives, flyers, and internal materials
- Edit and produce short-form videos (reels, story ads, testimonials, etc.)
- Collaborate with the media buying and content teams for creative direction
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets
- Manage creative file organization and deliverables for multiple campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with ad design trends and platform specifications
- Ensure all assets meet quality standards and load correctly on Meta and other ad platforms
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of design and video editing experience
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva
- Strong visual storytelling and layout design skills
- Understanding of ad creative performance and A/B testing
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver fast
- Basic knowledge of Meta ad creative policies
KPIs
- Quality and quantity of deliverables per week
- Creative performance in active ad campaigns
- Consistency and turnaround time on design requests
