We are looking for an experienced creative professional who can handle both graphic design and video editing for high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This is a marketing-focused creative role, not a traditional studio designer position.
The ideal candidate should have a strong branding sense, the ability to execute quickly, and experience creating conversion-focused creatives using design software, Canva, and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google & YouTube
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers
- Develop course promotion creatives (banners, brochures, certificates, etc.)
- Design landing page and website visuals
- Edit short-form marketing videos, reels, and ad videos
- Add subtitles, basic motion graphics, and transitions to videos
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
- Deliver creatives aligned with campaign timelines
- Use AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality
- Organize and manage design and video assets systematically
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Advanced proficiency in Canva
- Video editing skills in Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (basic motion graphics)
- Experience using AI tools for design and content creation
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines
Experience
- 25 years of experience in graphic design + video editing (marketing-focused)
- Portfolio must include ads, campaigns, social media creatives, and videos
