Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Hands-on experience with YouTube video creation (short-form & long-form)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for social media graphics
• Experience designing reels, carousels, static posts, story creatives, and ad creatives
• Solid understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
• Ability to conceptualize, script, and execute video ideas independently
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics, transitions, captions, and effects
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, color, typography, and branding
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
