Role Description
This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across India (Bengaluru-based candidates preferred).
This is an individual contributor (IC) role within an early-stage environment. The role requires a versatile creative professional who can work across video editing and design, with a strong emphasis on quick turnaround, professional quality output, and adaptability to varying workloads.
You will work across a range of content formats including video edits (short-form, long-form, B-roll, podcast-style), pitch decks, presentations, mock-ups, and brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit video content across formats, including short-form, long-form, and interview/podcast-style edits
- Deliver clean, professional video edits with quick turnaround times
- Design high-quality pitch decks, presentations, and mock-ups for brand and partnership proposals
- Create digital assets such as social media creatives and campaign visuals
- Translate briefs into strong visual output aligned with brand objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute creative requirements efficiently
- Maintain consistency and quality across all creative deliverables
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong experience in creating decks and presentation design
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and clean visual execution
- Ability to work quickly without compromising on quality
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment
Preferred Background
- Experience working in an advertising agency or creative environment
- Exposure to brand campaigns, client briefs, and fast turnaround workflows
- Familiarity with sports content is a plus, but not mandatory
Work Structure
- Remote role (open to candidates across India; Bengaluru preferred)
- 5-day work week
- Flexible work timings required:
- Some days may have lighter workloads
- Other days may require handling high volumes and quick turnarounds
