This is a remote position.
- Plan and manage monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok)
- Conceptualize and design posts, reels, and short-form videos using Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / Figma
- Create visually aligned brand assets (feed design, highlight covers, templates, etc.)
- Collaborate with the content and paid ads teams to build creative funnels that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Write engaging copy and captions tailored to brand tone and audience intent
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics reach, engagement, CTR, lead flow, etc
- Stay ahead of visual and content trends, experimenting with AI tools (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway) to enhance creative output
- Coordinate with clients or internal teams for approvals, feedback, and content rollout schedules
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management or Creative Design, preferably in an agency environment
- Hands-on experience with design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro (or equivalents)
- Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, audience psychology, and content trends
- Proven ability to design and execute brand-consistent creative assets
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- Familiarity with AI design and automation tools (bonus)
