About The Role:
We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling designs across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns
- Design brand-aligned creatives such as banners, posters, brochures, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
- Produce motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content (preferred)
- Understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all materials
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic / Creative Designer
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of Canva, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (added advantage)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Creative thinking with excellent visual communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
