Creative Designer

A Creative Designer at Indee is a multi-faceted role shaping the visual & brand language across marketing collaterals, brand assets, decks, and social media that the company and our clients rely on. You'll work closely with the Head of Design, Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to ensure every visual touchpoint reflects the company's identity and vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually compelling collaterals such as marketing decks, business reports, investor presentations, and product documents.
• Produce digital content such as social media creatives, assets for clients, email graphics, and landing pages.
• Contribute to brand identity, including logo design, typography, and iconography.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather context, align on deliverables, and ship with precision.
• Manage multiple tasks in parallel and deliver in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.

Qualification

Education: Graduate

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a visual/graphic/creative designer, ideally from a high-growth company or marketing agency.

Must-haves

• Demonstrated ability to design to company standards and across different brand identities, not just your own aesthetic.
• Proficiency in traditional tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Google Suite (Slides, Docs).
• Use of modern AI tools such as Claude Design or Figma Make in your design process for rapid ideation and speeding up repetitive tasks.
• Strong portfolio showcasing deck design, social media, print design, and brand identity.
• Highly skilled at visual balance of designs via layouting, typography, and usage of color.
• Clear articulation of design decisions and ability to take feedback constructively.
• A deep sense of ownership from brief to final asset.

Good-to-haves

• Experience designing for entertainment, media, or SaaS/B2B products.
• Data-visualization and infographic design.
