Role Description : Right Audience Connect (RAC) is looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator who can ideate, create, and deliver engaging digital content across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong visual sense, hands-on experience with video and design tools, and the ability to use AI tools for faster and smarter content creation.

Responsibilities :

  • Create engaging video content, reels, and short-form videos
  • Design social media posts, creatives, and promotional assets
  • Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms
  • Use AI tools for content ideation, scripting, design, and video generation
  • Maintain content quality aligned with brand guidelines
  • Work with the marketing team to execute content strategies
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned content tasks

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or related field
  • Only candidates from Mysuru are eligible to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
  • Good skills in post designing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools
  • Understanding of social media trends & content formats
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
