You will be the visual engine behind our ads using your ability to produce scroll-stopping visuals that directly impacts revenue. You'll turn ideas into high-converting creatives that fuel our paid campaigns across platforms like Meta and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creative Production: Design high-converting static creatives (images, banners, thumbnails) for paid ads across Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form video ads (UGC, reels-style, basic motion edits) optimized for performance marketing.
- Rapid Iteration: Quickly produce multiple variations of creatives based on testing needs such as hooks, formats, angles, and messaging.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt creatives for different placements (feeds, stories, reels) ensuring best practices for each platform.
- Trend Integration: Stay updated with social media trends, ad formats, and competitor creatives to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketers and copywriters to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Creative Testing Support: Understand basic performance metrics and iterate creatives based on what's working (CTR, hooks, engagement).
Who You Are:
- Experienced: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (internships/freelance included).
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable with tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.
- Fast & Adaptable: Able to create quickly, iterate based on feedback, and adjust to different styles.
- Detail-Oriented & Trend-Aware: Strong eye for visuals and understanding of what works on social media.
- Immediate: You are ready to join a fast-paced, remote team immediately.
