Purpose of the Job

We're looking for an AI Creative Designer who lives at the intersection of design craft and AI-powered production. This isn't a traditional design role — you'll be expected to use AI tools as your primary instruments, build the systems that power our marketing output, and help define what modern marketing design looks like at scale.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to produce everything from product marketing visuals and videos to social media collaterals — and then build the automation behind it so we can do it faster and better every time.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Design & Production

• Create high-quality marketing visuals, product marketing assets, and video content using AI-assisted workflows
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for use across all marketing channels
• Translate briefs and ideas into polished creative output — quickly and consistently

AI & Automation

• Build and manage automation agents for social media workflows
• Train and fine-tune AI models to generate on-brand marketing collaterals
• Design repeatable AI pipelines that reduce production time without sacrificing quality

Strategy & Ideation

• Contribute to creative ideation — bringing new formats, concepts, and campaign ideas to the table
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and recommend what the team should adopt
• Document your workflows and systems so they can be used and scaled by others

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• Hands-on experience with AI design and generation tools — Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or similar
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI-powered presentation tools (Beautiful.ai, Gamma, or similar), or equivalent
• Experience building or working with automation workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar)
• A portfolio that shows real AI-generated or AI-assisted work — not just awareness of the tools

Good to have

• Experience training or fine-tuning image/video models (LoRA, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for consistent brand output
• Background in product marketing or growth design
• Basic understanding of social media platform specs and content formats
