Job Description

About the Company:

We are a creative and impact-driven organization that brings ideas to life through events, digital communication, and immersive brand experiences. We're looking for a designer who can transform concepts into visuals across mediums — from event setups and branding to emailers and digital campaigns.

Role Summary:

The 2D & 3D Designer will work closely with our creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver design solutions for events, presentations, digital content, and campaign materials. You should be comfortable working across formats — from static layouts to simple spatial visualizations — with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

2D Design:
  • Create visual assets for digital marketing, social media, and event promotion.
  • Design emailers (EDMs), posters, brochures, brand decks, presentations, and digital banners.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery.

3D / Spatial Design:
  • Develop basic 3D layouts and renders for event setups, booths, stage designs, etc.
  • Visualize spatial experiences with a practical understanding of event dimensions and production needs.
  • Translate creative concepts into mockups or semi-realistic 3D views.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • CorelDRAW – for vector and layout work.
  • Ability to work with basic 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp, basic Blender, or any other easy-to-use 3D software for event setups).
  • Understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, work under deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

Good-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides (for client decks).
  • Experience in designing for event environments or activations.
  • Awareness of design trends and new visual tools entering the market.

What You'll Get:

  • A collaborative environment with creative freedom.
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact, meaningful projects.
  • Growth and learning across design, communication, and event domains.
  • A supportive team that values innovation and initiative.
