Our mission is to unlock every learner's potential by offering tailored programs to meet individual learning needs.

Role Overview :

This is not a content writing role. We already have content writers in place.

We are looking for someone who specializes in advertising and marketing communication—someone who can craft powerful ad copy, campaign messaging, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Write compelling ad copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and creative angles for product launches and promotions.

•⁠ ⁠Create attention-grabbing headlines, hooks, taglines, captions, and CTAs.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and leadership teams to bring campaigns to life.

•⁠ ⁠Understand customer pain points and translate product benefits into persuasive messaging.

•⁠ ⁠Brainstorm innovative ideas for performance marketing and brand-building campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Create multiple copy variations for testing and optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with advertising trends, consumer behavior, and market insights.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency of brand voice across all marketing communications.

•⁠ ⁠Contribute strategically to campaign planning and growth initiatives.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in copywriting, advertising, performance marketing, or related fields.

•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio showcasing ad campaigns, social media ads, landing pages, or promotional content.

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional command of written English.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to think creatively while understanding business objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Strong collaboration and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Experience in EdTech, Education or Consumer Brands.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.

•Experience working with marketing and creative teams.
