Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, persuasive copy for campaigns, email, social media, website, and app
- Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, markets, and product types
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to develop integrated creative concepts
- Translate complex financial information into accessible, engaging content
- Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development
- Maintain consistency in brand voice across all customer communications
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years copywriting experience in advertising, marketing, or financial services
- Portfolio demonstrating range across channels and formats
- Ability to write for different customer segments and experience levels
- Strong headline and conceptual thinking skills
- Understanding of digital-first content and platform-specific writing
- Experience with regulated copy and compliance review processes beneficial
- Adaptability to work across B2C and B2B contexts
