About the role: Join a strategic creative agency where packaging design meets brand storytelling. We work with FMCG brands and real estate developers across metro cities, transforming products into shelf-winning experiences. This isn't about churning out social media captionsit's about building brand narratives that sell.

Salary: 20k-40k (based on experience & expertise)

Industry: Advertising, Brand Communication

Experience: 1-2 years in advertising/digital agency

Location: Baner, Pune (Full-time, in-office)

(We're only considering Pune-based candidates with advertising agency experience)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning
• Profile target audiences and craft messaging that converts
• Conceptualise campaign ideas with visual communication briefs for designers
• Present multiple copy concepts as storyboards or visual references aligned with brand objectives
• Develop copy for packaging, campaigns, digital platforms, and client presentations
• Stay current on advertising trends, platform algorithms, and emerging AI tools
• Develop strategic presentation decks for client pitches including SWOT analysis, our approach, communication strategy roadmaps, and value propositionto be presented alongside commercial proposals

You're the right fit if you:

• Have 1-2 years of creative copywriting in an advertising / digital marketing agency
• Understand visual communication and can write effective design briefs
• Think in campaigns, not just individual posts
• Can independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bring strategic thinking to every brief
