About the Company

A global media company is building its India operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its early creative talent. You will write for a business built on storytelling, where the idea and the line carry real weight. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Creative Copywriter, you will generate concepts and write copy that surprises, sticks, and moves people to act. You will own ideas from the first spark to the finished line across campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

Ideas & Concepting

• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas from a brief
• Write headlines, scripts, and copy with a distinct point of view
• Push for the unexpected while staying true to the brand

Craft & Collaboration

• Partner with designers and creative leads to bring ideas to life
• Iterate fast on feedback and present work with confidence

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in creative copywriting, advertising, or content
• A portfolio that shows original thinking and strong craft
• A feel for voice, humour, and storytelling across formats
• A reliable remote-work setup and self-driven work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or studio experience on creative campaigns
• Comfort writing scripts for video, audio, or social
• A habit of generating many ideas and editing to the best
