Creative Copywriter & Content Strategist

About The Role

We're looking for someone who loves ideas. Not someone who writes captions after the campaign is decided. Someone who helps create the campaign.

You'll work across brand campaigns, founder thought leadership, social media, AI-powered

storytelling, video scripts, podcasts, employer branding, print, events and content IPs.

If you've ever watched an ad and thought, I wish I'd written that, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

● Develop campaign concepts and big ideas

● Write social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube

● Script videos, podcasts and AI-generated content

● Write founder thought leadership

● Develop brand messaging frameworks

● Write print campaigns, landing pages, emailers and event communication

● Support PR storytelling

● Collaborate with designers and video editors from concept to execution

● Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, research and first drafts

● Help build repeatable content franchises instead of one-off posts

We're Looking For Someone Who

● Has 2–5 years of copywriting or content strategy experience

● Comes from advertising, digital agencies, startups or brand marketing

● Thinks concept-first

● Writes exceptionally well

● Understands storytelling across formats

● Can switch between witty social content and thoughtful long-form writing

● Loves reading great advertising and marketing

● Uses AI daily and knows how to make it better—not just faster

● Understands how content performs on social media

● Enjoys brainstorming and creative problem-solving

Bonus Points If You

● Like being on camera

● Can host podcasts or interviews

● Have written ad films

● Have worked on integrated campaigns

● Have experience managing creators

● Can coordinate agencies when required
