Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Creative Coordinator for the popular Chhota Bheem show, based on-site at our Hyderabad office. As a Creative Coordinator for Chhota Bheem, oversee the end-to-end creative development of the show, ensuring narrative quality, brand consistency, and seamless coordination across creative and production teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead concept development, beat-sheet evaluation, and script reviews to maintain strong storytelling aligned with the Chhota Bheem universe.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring creative alignment, approvals, and timely feedback.

Prepare and communicate song briefs to music directors, guiding musical tone, narrative intent, and emotional impact.

Host and moderate creative and production calls, facilitating smooth collaboration between writers, directors, and production teams.

Review and refine lyrics and movie songs to ensure lyrical quality, age-appropriate content, and narrative relevance.

Coordinate closely with freelance writers, providing creative direction, feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Maintain daily trackers monitor creative progress and episode status.

Develop and manage the annual production schedule, aligning creative timelines with production milestones.

This role bridges storytelling and execution, ensuring Chhota Bheem continues to deliver engaging, high-quality content at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration with teams.
• Proven experience in Project Management to ensure efficient planning and execution of creative tasks.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Passion for animation, entertainment, and content creation tailored for children's audiences.
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Media, Design, Communications, or related fields, is an advantage.
