We are looking for a Content Strategist who can lead content planning, brand storytelling, and multi-channel communication strategies. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and skilled in crafting content that drives engagement, awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and target audience insights.
- Plan content calendars for social media, websites, ads, blogs, and campaigns.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective content frameworks.
Content Development
- Write creative Content
- Guide writers, designers, and video teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Create content outlines, messaging guides, and brand tone documents.
- Review and optimize content for clarity, impact, grammar, and brand relevance.
Performance & Analytics
- Analyze content performance across platforms and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and deliver actionable insights.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with design, digital marketing, and client servicing teams.
- Present ideas, strategies, and content directions to clients.
- Ensure content consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over English both writing and editing.
- Expertise in digital content formats: social media, blogs, scripts, website copy, ads, and campaign narratives.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs, Notion, Figma (optional).
