About the Role:
We are hunting for a Creative Content Specialist who doesn't think like a content person.
You'll be the person who reads a brand brief and immediately sees three angles nobody else will see. You'll write scripts so good our production team gets excited to produce them. You'll research products like you're genuinely obsessed with them, because you are. You'll understand that the first three seconds matter more than the next three minutes.
You'll work with our AI tools, but you'll never let the AI do the thinking. The thinking is yours. The AI is just the amplifier.
You'll be surrounded by a team that actually cares about what they make. Where ideas get challenged in real time. Where because I said so doesn't exist. Where your concept can ship in 48 hours if it's good enough.
This isn't a content writing job. This is a thinking job that happens to involve words.
What you will actually do:
- Script for performance marketing campaigns that convert: ads that stop the scroll, micro dramas that make people feel something, organic content that gets shared
- Research like a doomscroller: find the human angle in every brand, the story that makes people care, the insight nobody's surfaced yet
- Write across formats and tones: punchy ad copy, conversational social posts, narrative-driven scripts, Gen Z energy, whatever the brief demands
- Collaborate with our specialist team: work with producers, designers, strategists, and creators who actually execute your ideas at speed
- Partner with AI tools: to generate social content, scripts, and variations, but you're the architect, the AI is just the muscle
- Own ideas end-to-end: from pitch to final delivery, no approval layers that kill momentum
- Stay obsessed with what works: understand performance metrics, cultural moments, platform dynamics, and why some content sticks while other stuff disappears
What we are looking for:
Non-negotiable:
- 1–3 years of real writing experience in digital content, performance marketing, social media, scriptwriting, or copywriting (agency background is a plus)
- Strong instinct for what actually works. Not what looks good, but what moves people to action
- Can write across tones and formats. You're not locked into one voice
- Hands-on with AI tools. ChatGPT, Claude.
- A portfolio that shows range and thinking, not just outputs, but ideas
- Deep doomscroller energy. You actually know what's trending, why it's trending, and which trends are real versus noise
Bonus points if you:
- Have written scripts for reels, ads, or short-form video
- Understand performance metrics (CTR, watch time, ROAS, conversion rates) and build creative strategy around them
- Have experimented with AI-generated content yourself out of genuine curiosity
- Can spot a trend 48 hours before it peaks
- Can turn any product, however ordinary, into a culturally relevant story
- Know the difference between viral and valuable
