About the Role
UniLiv is looking for a creative, execution-focused, and social-media-first professional to manage brand content across digital platforms. The role requires someone who can think creatively, create high-quality visuals and videos, and execute fast-moving campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a strong career in content, branding, social media, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for UniLiv's Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
- Plan and design social media posts, ad creatives, campaign creatives, and marketing collaterals.
- Edit reels, testimonial videos, property walkthroughs, event videos, testimonial videos, and performance marketing creatives.
- Develop creative concepts for brand awareness, resident engagement, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content that performs across organic and paid channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives, videos, and communication formats.
- Track social media trends, competitor content, and platform formats to create relevant and engaging content.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content shoots, property videos, resident stories, and event coverage.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, or video editing.
- Strong hands-on skills in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Experience in creating reels, short-form videos, ad creatives, and social media campaigns.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and performance-oriented content.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
- Basic understanding of branding, layouts, typography, and visual communication.
- A portfolio/work sample is mandatory.
